Application for extension of the deadline for submitting the doctoral dissertation
On November 20th (Thursday) 2025, an application for extending the deadline for submitting the doctoral thesis has been launched in the USOS Web system, which will be active until January 20th, 2026.
The application will be available to doctoral students of the 8th semester and higher. Due to the issues of legalization of stay in Poland, applications from international PhD students will be considered first.
Additionally, a correction of the Individual Research Plan must be attached (the form is available on the website of the Doctoral School).

At the same time, we would like to remind you that submitting an application to extend the deadline for submitting a doctoral thesis does not exempt you from submitting a semester report in the USOS system with a positive opinion from the supervisor, which is a basic and absolutely necessary condition for registration for the next semester.
