- Participation in the Conference is free of charge. The organizer will provide an abstract book and certificate of participation in electronic form.
- The organizer does not mediate in booking accommodation.
- Only submissions where doctoral students (or final-year master’s students) are the first authors will be accepted.
- Abstracts of accepted oral presentations will be published in the conference materials.
- Best presentations will be awarded with special diplomas.

Presentation Format: PowerPoint presentation 7 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion
Abstract Formatting Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word in Polish (or English for international participants).
- File name should follow the format: SurnameFirstName.doc or .docx (e.g., KowalskiJan.docx)
- Maximum length: 1 A4 page
- Content layout must include:Title of the report, Author(s): name and surname, Institution/ University (full name), Supervisor’s details: name, title, Sections: Introduction, Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, 3 keywords , optional funding information
- Title: centered, bold, Times New Roman 14 pt
- Author(s), institution, supervisor: centered, Times New Roman 12 pt
- Abstract text: justified, automatic hyphenation, Times New Roman 12 pt, single line spacing, 2.5 cm margins
- Section headings: bold
- Do not include tables or graphs
