Consultations offered by the Doctoral School:

Consultation with the Head of the Doctoral School - prof. Aneta Pobudkowska-Mirecka:

• Mondays from 11:00-13:00, Rektorska 4, room 3.06 (live);

• Online via MS Teams – only cases that do not require access to the student’s files, to schedule a meeting please contact dyrektor.sd@pw.edu.pl;

During consultations you can discuss issues requiring official decision of the Head of the Doctoral School such as an appeal in the procedure of being removed from the list of the PhD students or allowing the submission of documents after the deadline etc.

Consultation with the Head of the Education Committe - prof. Jan Król:

• Fridays 12:00-14:00 (online, via MS Teams) - after making an appointment via ksztalcenie.sd@pw.edu.pl In response to the e-mail you will get information on the exact date of your meeting and the link to the meeting. Consultations are held in order of applications. Please be patient, because the queue may be really long.

During consultations you can verify the realization of the educational program and confirm achieving all the required learning outcomes, as well as discuss other issues related to education at the Doctoral School, such as program requirements, getting credit for activities from outside the offer of the Doctoral School etc.

Consultations with the Doctoral School Presidium – the Director of the Doctoral School and the chairwomen of the Education Committee, the Science Committee and the Admission Committee:

• Thursdays 11:00 to 12:00, stationary (room 3.021), Rektorska 4 building

During the consultation, you can discuss the most complex matters requiring broader consultations.
