Ranking lists of candidates within given disciplines - the admission for the 2025/2026 winter semester

Ranking lists:
- Architecture and urban planning,
- Automation, electronics, electrical engineering and space technologies,
- Biotechnology,
- Information and communication technology,
- Biomedical engineering,
- Chemical engineering,
- Civil engineering, geodesy and transport,
- Materials engineering,
- Mechanical engineering,
- Environmental engineering, mining and energy,
- Mathematics,
- Chemical sciences,
- Physical sciences,
- Management and quality studies,
Candidates present on the ranking lists for given disciplines who have the “qualified” status are obliged to submit in the IRK system the following documents:
- a document confirming a title which entitles to apply for the School (diploma), and in case of lack of one, a certificate of passing the diploma exam issued by the Faculty/Institute (if the mentioned documents were not uploaded to the system yet)
- personalized certificate issued by the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), confirming whether the diploma is equivalent to a Polish diploma, entitles the candidate to continue their education in Poland and if it requires nostrification (formal recognition) or not. - for candidates who have applied to NAWA for such a certificate and have already received it
- declaration on the selection of one doctoral school/scientific discipline
Declarations can be downloaded from the section “Enrollment applications” -> “Documents and further steps”. Download the documents, print, sign, complete with the date and submit in the system until September 21, 2025.
In order to be placed on the list of admitted the abovementioned documents must be submitted.
The lists of admitted shall be published on September 25, 2025.
Hard copies of all the recruitment documents shall be delivered to the PhD Students Office at a later date. The exact visiting hours shall be given only to the candidates admitted to the Doctoral School.
