We kindly inform that the semester report for the winter semester 2024/2025 will be available in the USOS system from January 27, 2025 (Monday), after 16:00 and it must be submitted until February 10, 2025 (Monday). The report must include your PhD students achievements card from REPO PW. In the attachment you will find the instruction of how to generate this document. Then please attach it to the semester report.

On December 17, 2024, an application for extending the deadline for submitting the doctoral thesis has been launched in the USOS Web system, which will be active until January 19, 2025. The application will be available to PhD students of the 8th semester and beyond. Additionally, you must attach a modification of the Individual Research Plan, completed in accordance with the attached instructions.

In relations to your numerous questions about the verification of the completed Educational Program (In the first place, it should concern PhD students on their 7th and 8th semester or on the extension), we would like to inform that due to time-consuming procedure of the verification, we are not able to complete it withing the weekly consultations for PhD students. Because of this aspect, we are creating a new possibility for you to consult online with the Chairwoman of the Education Committee.
