We kindly inform that the semester report for the 2025/2026 winter semester will be available in the USOS system from 03 February 2026 and must be submitted until February 10, 2026. The report must include your PhD students achievements card from REPO PW. In the attachment you will find the instruction on how to generate this document. Then please attach it to the semester report.

Due to the Christmas break, we would like to inform you about the functioning of the Doctoral Student Service Department in the coming period.

Exceptionally, on 22 December 2025, the Doctoral Student Service Department will change its opening hours: all visitors are welcome between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

On the remaining days, i.e. 23 December 2025 and 29–31 December 2025, we are closed to visitors. During this time, please contact us via e-mail.

On November 20th (Thursday) 2025, an application for extending the deadline for submitting the doctoral thesis has been launched in the USOS Web system, which will be active until January 20th, 2026.

The application will be available to doctoral students of the 8th semester and higher. Due to the issues of legalization of stay in Poland, applications from international PhD students will be considered first.

We invite you to the final of the Three Minute Thesis Competition, during which ten finalists will try their best to present their research to a four-member jury which consists of: Vice-Rector for Research Professor Mariusz Malinowski, PhD, DSc, The Director of the Doctoral School Aneta Pobudkowska-Mirecka, PhD, DSc, Associate Professor, Wojciech Wróbel, PhD, DSc, Associate Professor and Radosław Brzózka.
